Cledara announced a $3.4 million seed round led by Nauta Capital, with participation from Anthemis,

Cledara, a Spanish-founded and London-based developer of a SaaS purchase and management platform for managing software subscriptions, announced that it raised $3.4 million in additional funding.

The money wa sraised from investors led by Nauta Capital, with participation from Anthemis.

Cledara, founded in 2018 by CEO Cristina Vila, developed a software tool used by other companies to track and manage their SaaS usage and spending, including analytics to help understand if it is money well-spent.

The company has about 100 customers spread in 20 countries across Europe. Cledara previously raised almost a million in 2019.
