Dixa buys Elevio from Australia for DKK 100 million

Dixa, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based software firm, announced completing the acquisition of Australian customer education platform provider of Elevio.

The deal was made for roughly  a DKK 100M ($16.3M).

The deal will help Dixa gain access to the technology of Elevio that automatically suggests the most appropriate response to the customer service representative. It makes the answers more accurate and consistent to provide a better customer experience. T

Dixa, founded in 2015 by Jacob Vous Petersen, Jakob Nederby Nielsen, Krisztian Tabori and Mads Fosselius (CEO), has customers in over 40 countries with the core of the revenue coming from the Nordic region, the United Kingdom, and Europe.

With Elevio, Dixa will have 15 new employees and an office in Australia, while the co-founders of Elevio will be part of Dixa's owners. In addition, Dixa will have an entrance into the Asian market, where the company will take over Elevio's existing customers.
