Dogu raises $2.4M from Spring Capital Polaris

Dogu, a Trondheim, Norway-based software company providing SAAS products based on data visualisation, announced securing NOK 20M ($2.4M) in capital investment.

The money was provided by investment company Spring Capital Polaris, founded by Are Traasdahl together with Jostein Pettersen and Gunnar Sellæg.

Dogu, led by CEO Sindre Haaland, is a software company founded in 2011 by students from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. The name Dogu is an acronym for Data og Utvikling which in Norwegian means Data and Development. The company, which is supported by 26 employees from 6 offices in 4 countries, developed and sells SalesScreen, a sales performance management tool that helps teams to be more focused, motivated and productive.
