ePekebok has raised NOK 2M in angel investment

ePekebok, a Bergen, Norway-based company managing Lesemeister, an online subscription-based reading platform for students, secured NOK 2M ($240k) in financing. The money comes as debt and equity from local angel investors, via Business Angel Network Bergen (BAN), from Innovasjon Norge and as a loan from DNB.

ePekebok, founded by Sondre Skaug Bjørnebekk and led by CEO Rune Vindenes, manages the operations of lesemester.no and tapbookauthor.com. Lesemeister is an online subscription-based reading platform giving students access to e-books from Norwegian publishers and TapBookAuthor.com is a cloud-based platform for creating rich interactive content for all devices. It has been used primarily for education and interactive books for children so far
