Evry acquires Exonor.

Evry, an Oslo, Norway-based company delivering IT and consulting services, announced that it is acquiring Exonor, a Norwegian provider of strategic consultancy and support services in relation to implementing clinical IT systems.

The deal, which has financial details undisclosed, was made for 100% of the shares in Exonor, with effect from 17 July 2018.

Exonor, led by Helge H. Monstad, has offices in Oslo, Uppsala, Helsinki and Copenhagen. The company consists of 17 highly capable employees who have a combination of clinical and health technology expertise.

Evry, led by CEO Björn Ivroth, is one of the leading IT services and software providers in the Nordic region and has more than 10,000 customers across the private and public sectors. The company, which is listed at The Oslo Stock Exchange, reported turnover of NOK 12.6 billion in 2017 and has 8,500 employees across nine countries.
