Fixrate secures funds and launches its financial marketplace.

Fixrate, a Steinkjer (Trondheim), Norway-based startup working on a digital marketplace for the banking industry, closed seed funding and launched its service in closed beta. The backers include local private investor Einar Bangstad and Innovasjon Norge.

Fixrate was founded in 2016 by Bjørn Oddvar Landsem, Christoffer Blindheim and CEO Brynjar Ellingsen, with the aim to develop a marketplace for money depositing in the bank. The system aggregates services for the banks and offers the best rates and conditions tailored to the users needs.
