GraphCMS closed a $10M Series A round led by OpenOcean.
GraphCMS, a Berlin, Germany-based SAAS developer of a content management platform for enterprises, announced raising $10 million Series A funding round.
The money was raised from investors led by OpenOcean, joined by existing investors Peak and Paua Ventures, as well as by angels Mango Capital’s Robin Vasan (investor in HashiCorp, Netlify and others), Fauna founder and CTO, Evan Weaver, and Instana (acquired by IBM) founder and CEO Mirko Novakovic.
The proceeds will be used to expand its commercial footprint within the US and European markets.
GraphCMS, founded in 2017 by CEO Michael Lukaszczyk, developed a Headless CMS solution helping web developers and digital marketers with a way to collect and distribute content for websites, apps and any other web application from one single source. The company previously raised about $3.7 million.
