Hansoft gets acquired by Perforce, an American software company.

Perforce Software, a Minneapolis, USA-based provider of solutions to enterprise teams requiring productivity, visibility and scale during all phases of the technology development lifecycle, announced its acquisition of Sweden-based Hansoft Technologies, a leading provider of enterprise Agile planning tools.

The acquisition deepens the Perforce portfolio of solutions by adding a robust Agile planning and project management toolset.

Hansoft, founded in 2005 and based in Uppsala, develops tools for team collaboration and management in large and complex agile development programs.

The company was supoorted by venture investors, included Creandum, Hasso Plattner Ventures, Inbox Capital and angel investor Marten Mickos, all of which now make an exit from the company.
