HipFire Games announced securing capital funding

HipFire Games, a Helsinki, Finland-based company working on a VR game named Failgate, announced closing an EUR 180k ($205k) of capital funding,

The money was provided by a range of Finnish angel investors, including Sisu Ventures, Business FInland, and Teemu Varpanen. The funding will offer HipFire Games financial support for the next year as it prepares for the launch of Fail Space.

HipFire Games, founded in 2017, is working on a collaborative, crisis-solving, multiplayer VR game set on a set on a gleaming space truck that could burn through all the rings of Saturn at lightspeed to fulfill a shipping order.
