IFS acquired CLevest from Canada
IFS, a Stockholm Sweden-based provider of enterprise software, acquires Clevest Solutions, Canada-based software provider to energy and water utility companies.
FInancial details were not disclosed.
Clevest, led by founded and CEO Thomas Ligocki, provides software to energy and water utility companies to help them manage a mobile workforce and digitalise parts of the business, from internal processes to customer service. Services also include smart metering and smart networks. Headquartered in Ontario, the business has an international blue-chip client base.
IFS - Industrial and Financial Systems - founded in 1983 and led by CEO Darren Roos, is an enterprise SAAS developer. The company was delisted from the stock exchange and acquired by EQT Partners and TA Associates in a $3.38 billion deal made in 2020.
