Keystone announced securing funding of NOK 200 million.

Keystone Academic Solutions, an Oslo, Norway-based company providing web marketing solution for higher education organisations, announced securing funds to the company of over NOK 200 million ($23 million).

The money is a combination of  debt and equity capital raised from existing investors Viking Ventures and will be used for acquiring FindAUniversity from the UK.

Keystone Academic Solutions, founded in 2002 and led by CEO Linus Murphy, provides online solutions for higher education marketing, recruitment, and student enrollment. The company has 80 employees and helps over 5000 higher ed institutions reach and communicate with prospective students in more than 190 countries via its 420 websites covering 33 languages and eight core higher ed verticals – Masterstudies.com, Onlinestudies.com, Healthcarestudies.com, Bachelorstudies.com, MBAstudies.com, Lawstudies.com, Phdstudies.com, and Academiccourse.com.
