Knightec gets Adelis as investor.

Knightec, an Örnsköldsvik, Sweden-headquartered management consulting company announced getting Adelis Equity Partners a the new majority owner in the company, together with founders Dimitris Gioulekas and Håkan Jarnbjer.

The financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed and the two founders will remain significant shareholders and continue in their current roles, CEO and Business Unit Manager Technology, respectively. In conjunction with the transaction, management and other key employees will also become owners in the company. With Adelis as its new partner, Knightec will take the next step in its growth strategy.

Knightec, founded in 2003, is a Swedish technology consulting company that works with development, quality assurance and project management with nine branches in Sweden and over 500 employees. The company has grown significantly in the past years and employs over 500 consultants with revenues of SEK 500 million ($65M).
