Longship acquires 51% of HR Prosjekt

Longship, an Oslo, Norway-based investment fund, announced the acquisition of 51% of the shares in HR Prosjekt AS.

The trasaction has the financial details undisclosed and HR Prosjekt founder, Helge Rustand, continues as both minority owner and chairman of the company.

HR Prosjekt is a project management company operating in the building, property and infrastructure sector

Longship is a private equity investor targeting medium sized growth companies in Norway.
