LuggageHero gets pre-seed investment of GBP 300.000

LuggageHero, a Copenhagen and London-based startup providing, luggage storing services for big city travellers using local shops, has announced closing a pre-seed investment round of GBP 300.000 ($391k).

The money comes from private business angels and will be used to expand the luggage storage service to more cities.

LuggageHero, founded in 2016 by CEO Jannik Lawaetz under the name Dropnlocal, provides a service for short-stay tourists to drop off their luggage in a network of local shops and cafes. At the beginning of 2017, the company received money from Innovationsfonden and opened an office in London, UK.
