Miss Group acquired cloud-based provider Ilait.

Miss Group, a Stockholm, Sweden-based web hosting group, announced getting into an agreement for purchasing its smaller competitor, Ilait, based in Kungälv, Sweden.

The financial details of the transaction remained undisclosed.

ilait, founded in 2006 and led by CEO Michael Abrahamsson, is a wholesaler of cloud ready infrastructure and platform services to host and provide cloud services. The company is providing white-label services such as email, web hosting, domain registration, dedicated servers, VPS services exclusively to its partners. ilait has a 30 million SEK turnover and 10 million SEK EBITDA.

Miss Group, founded din 2014 by CEO Mattias Kaneteg, is an International Web Hosting Group that offers a range of Hosting related services at favorable prices such as Web Hosting, Domain Registration, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Sitebuilder, SSL-Certificate, SEO Tools, Web Security and Domain Management.
