Nordtech Group acquired Shoppa

Shoppa, an Enköping, Sweden-based provider of digital signage services, announced that it was acquired by the local Swedish holding company Nordtech Group from Stockholm.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Shoppa will continue to operate as an independent company. The founder and former primary owner of Shoppa, Per Alamiekkoja, remains in his current role, leading Shoppa after Nordtech has assumed ownership.

Nordtech, founded in 2021 by Pål Hodann and Nils Bergman, is a technology-based group looking to grow by acquiring and developing companies with leading industry-specific software. The company's investors include Nicklas Storåkers, Pricerunner, Åsa Risberg (previous partner at EQT) and Karl-Johan Persson (Current Chairman H&M).
