Nova Consulting Group was acquired by Explore Equity

NOVA Consulting Group, an Oslo, Norway-based niche focused IT consulting firm, announced getting into an investment agreement with Explore Equity.

The deal involves Explore acquiring a minority share while existing owners and employees will retain the majority ownership.

Nova, founded in 2007 and led by CEO Geir Allan Hove, has 200 employees operating from Norway and Sweden The company has revenues of NOK 337 million and operating earnings before tax (EBIT) of NOK 51 million in 2019.
