NOX Consulting sold 60% of the company to Broviken.

NOX Consulting, a Stockholm, Sweden-based consulting brokerage company, announced getting into an agreement for selling 60 percent of the shares to Broviken Gruppen.

The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Founder Pernilla Ramslöv remains as CEO and owner of the remaining 40 percent of the shares.

NOX Consulting, founded in 2011 and led by CEO Pernilla Ramslöv, developed a brokerage service for IT consultants serving the Swedish market. The company works with about 5,000 freelance IT consultants and sells their services to 120 customers. In 2018, NOX had sales of SEK 325 million ($33M).
