Oveo.io raised €300K pre-seed investment from 70 Ventures

Oveo.io, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based SaaS developer, announced the completion of a pre-seed capital investment of DKK 2.3M ($330k).

The money was provided by investors including Lithuania-based SaaS accelerator 70 Ventures. At the same time Morten Søndergaard will join as CIO in the company.

Oveo.io, founded in 2019 and led by CEO Michael Fornander, developed a software tool that helps companies of all sizes instantly and automatically identify all the SaaS products they’re using internally. The solution is provided as a freemium to companies with 50-500 employees.
