PocApp gets seeded for 10% of the company by Skaraborg Invest
PocApp, a Skövde, Sweden-based mobile gaming company announced getting an undisclosed amount of money in seed capital. The money comes from Skaraborg Invest, a local investment company, and is paid for 10% of the company.
PocApp was founded in 2016 in Gothia Science Park by six students from the University of Skövde.
"The company's vision is to establish a worldwide brand based on our cats returning in all our games," says CEO Dilaram Massimova PocApp.
With products such as Sling a Kitty, Carpet Kitty and Castle Cats, a great interest has been created that has given satisfied customers as well as many great awards in a short period of time.
"PocApp is a brilliant example of an innovative and scalable development company, which can create jobs locally in Skaraborg. Therefore Skaraborg Invest invests in this company as our twelfth jointly owned local portfolio company, says CEO Carl Henrik Ohlsson Skaraborg Invest.
