ProData Consult acquired Amesto Consulting from Norway

ProData Consult, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based independent consulting company, announced the acquisition of Amesto Consulting.

The deal, whoch has the financial details undisclosed, was made with Amesto Group, which has operated the consulting arm since 2014.

Amesto Consulting is merging with the Norwegian department of ProData Consult, and will as part of the merger, continue under the name ProData Consult. The management and employees of Amesto Consulting all remain in the new setup.

Mari Ann Vassgård, current acting CEO of Amesto Consulting, will step into the role as CEO for ProData Consult in Norway.

Amesto Consulting (formerly known as House of Consulting) was founded in 2013 by Mari Ann Vassgård and Sindre Sandaker and delivers IT and management consultants to some of the most renowned companies in Norway. The company generated revenue of NOK 112 million ($12M) in 2019.

ProData Consult Group, founded in 1994 and led by CEO Søren Rode, provides similar services and generated revenue of DKK 1.022 million across all markets.
