Reflectly secures $770k for a mobile app, AI-based personal journal.

Reflectly, an Aarhus, Denmark-based company managing a mobile application acting as a personal journal, secured DKK 5M ($770k) in capital investment.

The money is provided by existing investors and will be used to further scale the company and expand it in USA.

Reflectly, founded in 2016 and by CEO Jakob Brøgger-Mikkelsen, Daniel Vestergaard, and Jacob Harboe Kristensen, developed an intelligent journal provided via an interactive app that uses artificial intelligence to help the user structure and reflect on their daily thoughts and problems. The app has more than 500k users, most of them from USA, with 70% of the grwoth coming organically.

The company is currently developing a voice-only application to Amazon Alexa, Google Home and Apple Voice Pod and wants to build up global distribution of the app as a gateway for other digital and physical products over the next five to ten years.
