RelationDesk, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providig a software solution aggregatting social media channels. was acquired by Retriever, a Nordic media monitoring and analysis agency.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

RelationDesk, founded in 2012 and led by CEO Fritjof Andersson, provides a service that helps customers manage conversations on social media channels. The service can be used for publishing, answering customer inquiries, and analyzing the activity on some channels and is currently being used by customers including Swedbank, Telia and SAS.

Retriever is a media monitoring and analysis agency owned by TT News Agency from Sweden and the Norwegian counterpart NTB.
