Schaman, a Madrid, Spain-based developer of software for the telco industry, announced the completion of a €1M ($1.1M) capital investment round.

The funding was provided by the Spanish investor Inveready.

The funding was provided as Schaman was part of MASventures, the accelerator of MásMóvil (the fourth largest telecommunications operator in Spain) since the summer of 2019, during which the company tested and validated the development of their solutions in real environments.

Schaman, founded in 2008 and led by CEO Eduardo Belda and Mª Jesús Sánchez, developed a tool for the telecom industry that helps with the digital technical assistance processes, allowing telcos to offer a personalized, dynamic and multichannel experience. The Schaman tool automatically identifies the resources and services contracted by the client, determines in real time the tests to be carried out and automatically applies the solutions to the problems detected, offering in a complementary way a complete guidance in the case of intervention required by of the care technicians.

Schaman is headquartered in Madrid and has an office in Chile, in Santiago.
