Sharefox in a NOK 20 million equity deal backed by TD Veen.

Sharefox, a Stavanger, Norway-based software startup selling a complete rental system as a B2B SAAS, completed an equity deal closed at NOK 20 million ($2 million).

The money was raised locally from Norway from investors including TD Veen, and angel investors Erling Paulsen and Odd Sverre Østlie.

Sharefox, founded in 2018 by CEO Åsgeir Helland, developed a software tool that digitizes and reduces all manual processes within a rental system. The final output is a SAAS sold to companies active in retail, machine and equipment producers, or sports equipment vendors. Sharefox's customers include Jernia, Moh, DNT, Bergans and Fjelleskjøpet, which produced almsot NOK 3 million ($300k) in 2021.
