SpaceSense secured €1M from Techmind, Space Ventures Investors, Bpifrance and business angels
SpaceSense, a Paris, France-based software developer for producing competitive intel based on satellite data, announced completing funds totalling €1M ($1.2M).
The money was raised from a range of investors including Techmind, Space Ventures Investors and business angels Marc Batty & Thomas Cabrol (via 50 Partners).
The money will be used to imrpove the tech and hire 7 more people in the team.
SpaceSense, founded in 2019 by CEO Jyotsna Budideti, offers satellite-based monitoring solutions for the agricultural sector. Relying heavily on Artificial Intelligence, the services cover a wide range of solutions like crop health monitoring, irrigation management, yield prediction and much more. The services are customisable with local data from customers, to provide extremely accurate solutions. The solutions can then be accessible on real-time data through the use of API, to facilitate integration into existing systems.
