Spectaflow raises $1.9M in post-seed round led by Frumtak Ventures.

Spectaflow, a Reykjavík, Iceland-based software startup developing a SAAS business for hotel operations, announced closing a post-seed funding round at $1.9 million.

The money was raised locally from Iceland from investors led by Frumtak Ventures.

Spectaflow, founded in 2019 by Erlendur Steinn Gudnason, Frans Veigar Gardarsson and CEO Petur Orri Saemundsen, developed a software solution used for for management of hotel rooms and event space operations.The company says it works with one hundred hotels in five countries.

Spectaflow previously raised $900k from New Business Venture Fund, and angel investors including Grimur Saemundsen, founder/CEO, Blue Lagoon; Hilmar Veigar Petursson, CEO, CCP Games; and Thor Fridriksson, founder, TeaTime and Plain Vanilla Games.
