Standout Capital acquired a further 20% ownership stake in portfolio company Miradore Oy.

Miradore Oy, a Lappeenranta, Finland-based company providing device management and security software, announced that its investor, Standout Capital acquired more equity in the company.

The deal represents a secondary transaction whereas Standout Capital acquired a further 20% ownership stake by purchasing little over 500,000 shares from Innovestor Ventures, the early stage venture capital investor based in Helsinki. Following the transaction, Standout becomes the majority shareholder with around 69% ownership.

Miradore, founded in 2006 by Mika Liukko and Paul Palojärvi and led by CEO Simo Salmensuu, provides software to keep corporate devices (laptops, mobiles, tablets) secure, whether it is enforcing secure containers of data, passcodes, VPN usage or patching software updates remotely.The company has grown significantly internationally, particularly in the US, with more than 50% of revenues taken in internationally.

Standout Capital invested in Miradore in 2018.
