Superchat in a $15.6 million Series A round led by London-based VC Blossom Capital

Superchat, a Berlin, Germany-based software startup building an all-in-one customer messaging platform for small and medium-sized businesses, announced completing series A funding round closed at $15.6 million.

The money was raised from investors led by the British VC Blossom Capital, and joined by existing shareholders 468 Capital.

Superchat, founded in 2020 by Yilmaz Köknar and Mika Hally, is building an interaction management platform offering local businesses a better way to communicate with prospects and helping them to convert more leads into customers. The solution connects with the likes of WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, Telegram, web chat, email and SMS and aggregates the communication in a single platform.

Prior to this round, Superchat raised €2.8 million from 468 Capital and angel investors from Germany at the start of 2021.
