Techbuddy adds more money and investors in the company.
Techbuddy, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company providing a customer support digital service, announced adding two more investors in the company.
The investors are Ilija Batljan, a former Montenegrin-Swedish Social Democratic politician, who contributed with SEK 5M ($520k), and local social media influencer from Sweden Margaux Dietz, who chipped in SEK 100k.
The deal was announced as Techbuddy has an ongoing equity round taking place on the crowdfunding platform Pepins. The investment agreement is not part of Pepin's round.
Techbuddy, founded in 2015 by David Ovsepian and Tahero Nori (CEO), aims to provide personal technical support for operating home electronics. The company is losing money at a turnover of SEK 17.3M ($1.8M) in 2018 and has previously raised more than $3M from investors including Swedish Inbox Capital and UK-based Foresight Group.
