Tessin raised SEK 23M in capital investment from new and existing investors.

Tessin, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company managing a crowdfunding plattform for real estate investments, secured SEK 23M ($2.6M) in capital investment.

The money comes from new and existing investors, including NFT Ventures, Stronghold Invest and Qalora Capital, and values the company at SEK 175M ($20M), pre-money.

The funding will be used to expand Tessin's services in Finland.

Tessin, founded in 2014 and led by CEO Jonas Björkman, developed a crowdfunding platform for real estate in the Nordics. The company is active in Sweden, where it financed 30 projects, and in 2017 it registered about SEK 23M in turnover.
