The Fit, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company operating an e-commerce platform for custom-made designer clothing, announced that it completed a SEK 2.8M ($300k) capital investment round.

The money was provided by a group of 9 investors, including Boel Rydenå-Swartling, matched by the state-owned Saminvest.

The Fit Sweden AB, founded in 2018 by CEO Lisa Lindvall in Northern Sweden (Kalix), built a mobile 3D body scanner technology that gives users digital body ID that can be used to shop the right size, measure order products or virtual try clothes.

Based on the tech, the company announced in June 2019 that it launched a new e-commerce platform that will deliver fashion in custom-made designer clothes. The company has a design studio in Stockholm supported by four employees and cooperates with several factories in Vietnam, where it also employs a quality and product manager.
