Vev adds $500k in seed capital from Skyfall, Sagene and NewMark

Vev, an Oslo, Norway-based startup working on a digital tool for the software industry, secured NOK 4M ($500k) in capital investment.

The backers include Norwegian investment companies Sagene Tech Ventures, Skyfall Ventures and NewMark Capital and the money will be used to add more people for expanding the availability of the company's business across Scandinavia.

Vev, founded in 2016 and led by CEO Tine Karlsen, developed a software tool that helps designers, creatives and developers design, build and launch responsive websites in a visual way, while Vev generates the code automatically.
