Visolit acquired the Swedish company IT-mästaren.
Visolit, an Asker, Norway-based company providing centralised IT operations, outsourcing and system integration for SMEs, announced getting into an agreement for purchasing the Swedish company IT-mästaren.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
IT-mästaren, founded in 2000 by the owners Martin Börjeskog and Rikard Westlund, delivers comprehensive cloud solutions to companies and public enterprises in the Nordic region and is operated from offices based in Central Sweden, specifically in Örebro, Stockholm and Karlstad.
The company has over 1000 customers, had sales of SEK 120 million in 2017 and has 80 employees.
TeleComputing, founded in 1997 and led by CEO Terje Mjøs, provides IT operations and outsourcing for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Nordic region. The company has approximately 1,200 employees in 11 locations in Norway and Sweden, and sales in excess of NOK 2.5 billion in 2019.
This the seventh acquisiion of TeleComputing, after in 2018 it has acquired another six companies - 99X, Keystep and Digisys in Norway, as well as LanTeam, Excanto and iBiz Solutions in Sweden.
