VOI Technology secures SEK 10M, wants to build a consumer marketplace for electric scooters urban riding

VOI Technology, a Stockholm, Sweden-based startup working on building a networkd for scooter ridesharing in urban areas, secured SEK 10M ($1.1M) in capital investment.

The money comes from Swedish investors, including Vostok New Ventures and angels Eric Finnås and Erik Segerborg, and will be used to further develop the service.

VOI Technology was founded in 2018 by Adam Jafer, Filip Lindvall, Douglas Stark and Fredrik Hjälm (CEO) with the aim to create an affordable system of electrically powered scooters for urban commuters.
