Wennergrens Hiss was acquired by Pegroco.

Wennergrens Hiss, an Ulricehamn, Sweden-based company selling and installing lifts, announced that it was acquired by the Swedish investment firm Pegroco Invest.

Financial details remained undisclosed.

Wennergrens will be part of Nordic Lift AB, Pegroco's owner company in the field of elevator technology, which already includes RC Hisservice AB and Hissteknik i Göteborg AB.

Wennergrens, founded in 1994, has its base in Ulricehamn and also has a branch in Trollhättan. The company has 7 employees who sell and install lifts and offer comprehensive service for all types of lifts.

Wennergrens has a turnover of approximately SEK 16 million, from clients based in Trestad, Västra Götaland and Jönköping County.
