Zowie raised PLN 2.4 million from Inovo Venture Partners and angel investors.

Zowie, a Warsaw, Poland-based software developer of an AI-based customer support platform, announced raising a capital round of PLN 2.4 million ($630k).

The money was raised from local investors from Poland, including Inovo Venture Partners.

Zowie, founded in 2019 as Chatbotize by Maja Schaefer and Matt Ciolek, developed a software product which analyzes historical and live conversations to generate ready-to-use chat and email automations. The company works with customers including Aviva, Avon, L’Oreal, and Yves Rocher, and which have been able to automate 50 million engagements per month.
