After we analysed what the most promising fintech startups from the Nordics are, with unicorn potential no less, we thought the financial services Nordic picture would be better represented if we also had a look at who the most active investors in the area are.

In 2020, we tracked a total of 226 investors which were part in at least one capital investment deal in Nordic-based fintech startups. In total we tracked 112 transactions for the year.

We analyzed all of them, split the investors them into VC backers, angel investors and others and then produced a list with the most active 40 of them.
