Dixa announced funding of #36 million from Notion Capital and existing investors Project A Ventures and SEED Capital.

Dixa, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based provider of a SaaS platform for customer service, closed $36M in Series B funding.

The money round was provided by investors led by Notion Capital, and included participation from existing investors Project A Ventures and Seed Capital.

The proceeds will be used to further expand its platform, hire more people and grow the business.

Dixa, founded in 2015 by Jacob Vous Petersen, Jakob Nederby Nielsen, Krisztian Tabori and Mads Fosselius (CEO), developed a software solution that supports brands to work with their customers. The company has 120 employees across 5 offices in Copenhagen, London, Berlin, Kyiv, and Lviv.

Prior to this round, Dixa raised $17 million, with the last one, series A of $14M, announced in early 2019.
