eValent acquires Netrix.

eValent, a Malmö, Sweden-based company providing e-commerce services and development, announced that it acquired the Swedish company, Växjö-based, Netrix.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Netrix, founded in 2003 and led by CEO Thomas Nordkvist, is a software developer using Magento working locally with about 20 customers.

eValent, led by CEO Jonas Kjellander, is also a Magento developer, employing 30 people working for customers based in Sweden and Norway. In 2017, the company was profitable as it registered  SEK 25M ($2.8M) in revenues.

eValent is owned by Sadr Hossein, who bought it in 2017.
