Evatic acquires WS Software

Evatic AS, a Trondheim, Norway-based leading software vendor within Service Management, announced the acquisition of WS Software AB in Sweden, the owner of the WinServ service management software product.

Together Evatic and WinServ will have more than 800 customers in 30+ countries and be the leading European service management software supplier.

Together, the companies will get a stronger position, both in terms of development of the solutions, but also in the sales and marketing efforts. This is the second acquisition in less than a year, following the acquisition of Tesseract in the UK in September last year, and it is in line with the strategy to become the leading player in Europe.

Evatic is owned by the founders and the private equity company, Viking Venture.
