Humaans secured $5 million

Humaans, a London, UK-based startup building a B2B SAAS used for onboarding employees, announced securing fund totalling $5 million.

The money was raised from a range of investors from Silicon Valley, including Y Combinator, Next Play Ventures, Stripe COO Claire Johnson, Figma CEO Dylan Field, Intercom co-founder Des Traynor, former Workday CTO David Clarke, former Benchmark GP Scott Belsky, Notion COO Akshay Kothari, Qubit co-founder Emre Baran, Evervault CEO Shane Curran and Stripe security engineer Gerardo Di Giacomo.

The round also included contributions from European-based investors, including Moonfire from the UK, Frontline Ventures from Ireland and former head of Stripe Issuing, Lachy Groom.

Humaans, founded in 2020 by Giovanni Luperti and Karolis Narkevicius, develops HR software, a SAAS that aims to become a central hub for employee on-boarding and management. The tool is already in the market, and in use by customers including Pleo, ChartMogul, Bombinate, HeySummit and Pento.

Humaans was part of the European startups at Y Combinator in winter 2021.
