Leapwork in a $62 million funding round backed by KKR and Salesforce Ventures.
Leapwork, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based company providing no-code SAAS via an automation platform for companies, announced the completion of a $62 million capital funding round
The money was raised from investors from the USA, namely KKR and Salesforce Ventures, and will be used to further strengthen Leapwork’s international growth in other core markets.
Existing investors from Leapwork’s Series A round, DN Capital and Headline, also participated with funds in the round. The deal was made at $312M post-money.
Leapwork, founded as Leaptest in 2015 by CEO Christian Brink Frederiksen and Claus Topholt, started from the vision of a low-code / no-code software application to automate processes. The company says it handles business for 300 customers globally, which use Leapwork to automate routine business processes, and specifically software testing, at scale. Using Leapwork’s no-code technology, businesses can achieve a 10X faster time to market, 97% productivity gains, and a 90% reduction in software application errors, making it possible to supercharge transformation strategies while mitigating the impact of skills shortages.
Leapwork previously raised $10 million in 2019.
