Mjølner Informatics acquired Springfeed.

Mjølner Informatics, an Aarhus, Denmark-based software company, announced that it has bought the Copenhagen-based IT consulting house Springfeed.

FInancial details of the deal were not disclosed.

Springfeed, led by CEO Jens Vesti, develops solutions for private and public companies and advises on digital transformation and user-centered design on web and mobile platforms. The company has its head office in Copenhagen and a development department in Romania.

Mjølner Informatics, founded in 1988 by Jørgen Lindskov Knudsen, is a software development provider, and covers everything from general desktop applications to platform-specific technologies like Windows Phone, Android and iOS.
